We understand that maintaining records can be very time consuming.  Let us help you manage your bookkeeping.  The easiest way to do this is to establish an account with QuickBooks Online.  This allows us to log-in remotely as your accountant and work in the books.  It also gives you access to your data from anywhere.  Our access is limited to read-only in most applications.  We do not have direct access to your bank or credit card accounts, unless granted.

There are a few other products out there like Mint. Com and Freshbooks which can also be used.  QuickBooks Online is our preference.  Individuals should use Mint.com since it is a free service!

Monthly service fee starts at $80 and increases based on the number of monthly transactions and

services provided.  This fee does not include any non-Guerrilla Finance application fees

(QuickBooks Online fee ranges from $10 - $40 monthly)
